The location was perfect, right in the heart of the old city. The room was spacious and clean. The staff provided excellent 24-hour support. There was a mini market downstairs, convenient for our family. The beds were comfortable and there was a kitchenette for breakfast preparation. The bathroom was clean and amenities were replenished daily. The hotel was centrally located, within walking distance of major attractions and public transport. Plenty of restaurants and shops in the neighborhood.

The location of the hotel was excellent, just a short 3-minute walk through a steep street from Cemberlitas tram station. This made it very convenient for exploring the main historical attractions in Sultanahmet Area. The staff were helpful and provided great service throughout our stay. The room was clean and comfortable, offering a cozy atmosphere. the hotel had a good breakfast spread and reliable Wi-Fi on each floor.
There were occasional internet problems during our stay.

This hotel offers great value for money, with affordable prices for spacious and well-equipped rooms. The attention to detail is impressive, with all the relevant amenities provided. Additionally, the hotel's location is incredibly convenient, just a 3-minute walk through a steep street from Cemberlitas tram station. It is also very close to all the major historical and tourist attractions in the Sultanahmet area.
